Tampa
Ybor City is a historic section of Tampa that has many brick buildings built in the late 1800’s and early 1900’s. Known as the Latin Quarter of Tampa, Ybor City has many latin restaurants including Spanish, Cuban, Italian, Greek, and French.
The relocation of a cigar factory from Key West to Ybor City in 1886 was the catalyst to bring many other cigar makers, making Ybor City the cigar capital of the world for many years. This brought immigrants to work in the factories, open stores, and provide services.
Miami
Downtown Miami is a unique and stunning blend of sleek skyscrapers, historic buildings and many cultural and recreational attractions.
Tallahassee
Downtown Tallahassee is a unique blend of politics, academia and culture. Florida’s state government is located in the heart of downtown Tallahassee in the Capitol Complex. The area is bordered by Florida State University on the west and Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University on the South.
Jensen Beach
Downtown Jensen Beach is a vibrant area located just off the Intracoastal Waterway. The historic area is a lively area centered on NE Jensen Beach Drive, between NE Indian River Drive and the train tracks.
Winter Park
Park Avenue in Winter Park is the heart of the city. It’s where the brick streets, shops, restaurants, and Rollins College all surround the large park and train station.
Travel in any direction from Park Avenue and you will see beautiful lakes lined with homes.
Stuart
Downtown Stuart Florida is a mixture of shops, restaurants, and art galleries. Located directly on the St Lucie river Downtown Stuart has public docks so you can come by boat.
Jacksonville
On the southeast side of Jacksonville Florida is San Marco a quaint neighborhood with a robust downtown and some of the nicest homes in Duval County.

The Jacksonville Landing is on the banks of the St. Johns River in the heart of downtown Jacksonville. With great views of the city, the river, and many bridges it’s a great place for lunch, dinner, and a night of dancing.
Key West
At the very tip of Key West, where the road ends is Mallory Square where locals and visitors gather for a nightly sunset celebration. At Mallory Square you will see fantastic sunsets, street performers, local artists, and many surprises.
Fort Pierce
Fort Pierce known as the Sunrise City is a small coastal community on the Treasure Coast with about 40,000 residents. It is located in St Lucie County between Martin County and Indian River County.
It runs along the intercostal waterway on the Indian River Lagoon. The historic downtown Ft Pierce was restored in the 1990’s to update its 1924 Sunrise Theater, shops, and restaurants.
