Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park is transformed into a winter wonderland on December 3. Santa Fest is sure to get you in the holiday mood as Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park is transformed into a winter wonderland with Ice Skating, make-n-take crafts, continuous holiday entertainment, and Holiday Parade. The young, and the young at heart, can visit with Santa and enjoy holiday entertainment.
The festival begins at 10:00 am, with the Santa Fest Holiday Parade stepping off at 11:00am. The Holiday Parade features over 40 units including colorful floats, local school marching bands, antique cars and dance troops. The parade begins at Morgan Street and Madison Street, west to Ashley Drive, turns north and ends at Ashley Drive and Cass Street.
