Every October and November, organic pumpkins are ready for picking at the Hydro Harvest Farm in Ruskin Florida about 30 minutes south of Tampa! Visit on Saturday, October 29, for the 6th Annual Boo Fest, a free Halloween Party for all ages!

The Hydro Harvest Farms in Ruskin grows all of their produce hydroponically. There are many reasons hydroponic growing is not only good for you and the produce you consume, it also means they use less water and take up less land. You can visit the farm on Monday through Saturday from 9 to 5 or on Sunday from 11 to 4.
Come by during the month of October to the Giant Pumpkin Patch and pick organic pumpkins grown without pesticides. The 6th Annual BOO Fest is October 29, 2011, fun for all ages. This is a unique way to enjoy your fall holiday.
