Calling all boaters . . . the US Marines invite you to bring your power boat, kind heart and a toy on The Toy Run, a boating event down the St Johns River through Palatka, Welaka, and Crescent City Florida.
Date: December 02 , 2011 to December 03, 2011
Times: Friday Meeting at 11:00 am and Saturday Meeting at 10 am and Toy Run at 11:30 am
Location: Quality Inn and Suites Riverfront, 201 N 1st Street, Palatka, Florida 32177
Admission: The event is free to participate. If you'd like to participate in the parties and prizes following the boat parade, there is registration fee.

The tour is on Saturday, December 3rd begins at 11:30 am at the Palatka Bridge and goes 25 miles south down the St Johns River to the Welaka City Dock. The US Marines and a receiving crew will be waiting to with cheers and applause while collecting the toys delivered by boat.
Friday, Dec. 2 at 11:00 am - Meet at the Quality Inn dock with the flotilla departing at 11am to Crescent City for lunch.
Saturday, Dec. 3 at 10 am - Captain’s Meeting at the Quality Inn in Paltaka.
Saturday, Dec. 3 at 11:30 am - The Toy Run begins in the water at the Paltaka Bridge and south to Welaka City Dock.
