In 1923 the Sunrise Theater opened it doors as the largest theater on the East coast between Jacksonville and Miami. Now listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the Sunrise Theater went through a major renovation after being closed for 25 years and re-opened in January 2005.

In addition to these recognizable performers there are also performances by lesser known artists that can be very entertaining. Recent shows included a family blue grass band, and plays by local theater companies.
