The Shark Tank

In the center of the indoor part of the aquarium there is a shark tank with nurse sharks. These are harmless sharks commonly seen in the keys sitting on the sandy bottom and you can get within inches of them.

Outside the Aquarium there are large tanks with tarpon, turtles and other sea life. You can tour the Aquarium at your own pace or take a guided tour.

Tickets are reasonably priced at $4.50 for children ages 4 to 12 and $10.80 for adults.
The Key West Aquarium is open 365 days a year from 10am to 6pm.
