Students come from surrounding neighborhoods in Martin County, creating a tight community of family. Local business and community members are actively involved in supporting the school. The school is served by only two buses, all other students are within walking or biking distance.
Jensen Beach Elementary Programs
Jensen Beach Elementary is a host school of a primary cluster of Project CHILD (grades K, 1 and 2) and it is a primary district cluster for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder. It is also a charter member of the Positive Behavior Support school-wide behavior program, achieving gold level status in 2007-2008.
Jensen Beach Elementary has been recognized as a Five Star School and it has earned Florida Department of Education’s Golden School Award. The school is known for its many family involvement events, such as carnivals, movie nights and more. Jensen Beach Elementary is a B rated school.
