Ipanema Brazilian Steak House is a Churrascaria, which means barbeque in Portuguese. There are eleven authentic cuts and preparations of meat that are seasoned with salt and roasted over mineral coals from Brazil.
The meats are continuously basted in their own juices and sliced fresh and hot in a service style called Rodizio by traditional servers called, Gauchos.
You manage your service with a card that is red on one side and green on the other. If you want more leave your card green side up. When you get full and you will get full you flip your card to red.

Ipanema is open for lunch M-F from 11-2. Make sure to have time after for a siesta. You will need it!
Dinner is served on Monday-Sat from 4-10 and Sunday from 2-9pm.
Ipanema Salad Bar
Yes, there is more than just meat at Ipanema. The salad bar offers over 50 different choices of salad exotic vegetables and meats. The salad bar comes with your dinner if you are partaking in the meat feast. Otherwise the salad bar can be purchased separately for 18.95.
Lunch will cost $15.95 for the endless meat feast with salad bar for adults, seniors will only pay 13.95 and children 6-12 yrs old are only 5.95.
The endless flow of gourmet meats served tableside including all you can eat salad bar is available for adults at a price of $36.95. Senior citizens pay $31.95, children 6-12 cost $11.95 and children 5 and under are complimentary.
