You’ll find a great mix of Caribbean and Florida style seafood around Key West. You can’t get seafood any fresher than the Keys.  If you’re not a seafood lover, the restaurants all have great meat and chicken dishes too.

A local favorite is Conch’s Republic Seafood on the water.  The Conch Republic Seafood Company likes to brag about their 80 foot long bar with 80 different rums from around the world.  But their food is really great - cracked conch, raw oysters, blackened mahi mahi, and pan seared scallops are just some of the favorites.
