Embry Riddle Aeronautical University’s Summer Academy in Daytona Beach FL is hosting GEMS - Girls Exploring Math and Science Summer Camp for Girls from June 11 - 15, 2012.
Camp Type: Day Camp
Girls ages 8-13 years old can explore math, science, and technology through many hands on fun activities. Students learn about physics, engineering, robotics, space science, and technology. Scouts can earn up to five Junior, Cadette or Ambassador badges during this week.
Camp Dates: June 11 -15, 2012 from 9:00am- 3:00 pm
Camp Pricing: Tuition is $275. Early bird discount for applications received before April 30..
Camp Staff: 90% of the female counselors are engineering students at Embry-Riddle University. Many were previous scouts and camp counselors and have had background checks.
