The Florida State University Choral Ensemble Camp provides each student with many different experiences and performing opportunities. Students take part in a big, mixed ensemble and participate in a women’s and men’s choir with each preparing their own concert music. All students participate in a music-theatre final performance that includes a Friday night concert.
Camp Type: Day Camp or Sleepaway Camp
Age Range: Females in Grades 10-12 for 2011-2012 school year. Males in Grades 8-12 for 2011-2012 school year.
Camp Dates: June 10 - 16, 2012.
2012 Pricing: Cost for Day Campers is $230 and Cost for Overnight Campers is $405 (includes housing and meals). Additional cost for Mixed Choir Music.
Camp Staff: The Camp Coordinator for this camp is Dr. Kevin Fenton, Professor of Choral Conducting and Ensembles, FSU and Dr. Judy Bowers, Professor of Choral Music Education, FSU.
