Busch Gardens in Tampa Bay has summer camps for ages preschool through college. The Adventure Camps let campers explore animals and animal life as well as have the opportunities to participate in field studies and adventures. The theme park oriented camps show campers how a theme park operates and how roller coasters work.
Camp Type: Day Camp or Sleepaway Camp
Age Range: Grades pre-school through College. Sleepover Camp is available for Grades 2 and higher.
Camp Dates: June 11 thru August 19, 2012. Dates depend on camp and age.
2012 Pricing: Prices range from $240 to $1,499 per camper depending on Day or Sleepover and Camp.
Camp Staff: The Education Department at Busch Gardens has very experienced camp personnel. Senior as well as seasonal resident camp counselors are college students carefully selected and background screened. Before campers arrive, the camp staff spends two weeks in training and are all certified in First Aid, CPR , AED, Medication Administration, Epi-pen Administration and are required to have safe driving records.
